Meet the new cast members. They completed a series of workshops to further develop their improvisation skills and we will listen to them performing live soon
Video from the last performance of 492 Korna Klub at Edmonton Summer festival on the 27th of July. Our producer asked the audience for themes that the cast could use as sources of inspiration for their improvisations and the themes suggested were sports and debts . Enjoy a fully improvised performance in front of a live audience.
Revealing how the broadcast happens! Here is a sneak peek behind the scenes at the Galaxy Studio. You can see where the equipment and mics are but mostly importantly watch the actors performing a live improvised episode. The two talented actresses are Elaine Smithers and Jaida Saint Gomes and our producer- saxophonist is Richmond Trew. This video was recorded by the creator and director of this project Tony Cealy.
As such an interactive radio series has never been aired before in the UK, after the performance recorded in front of live audience and representatives of community radio stations a discussion followed during which different viewpoints were expressed and valuable feedback was provided to help the creators make improvements before the official launch of the series.
